Rules for using the Baugrip service, responsibilities of the parties, and limitations
Baugrip offers training programs in technical compliance, cost calculation for special equipment operation, automation of materials accounting, contractor logistics, and HSE management. The programs include video lectures, methodological materials, tests, and practical assignments aimed at the practical application of ISO standards on construction sites.
The user is obliged to provide accurate data during registration and to use the training materials solely for personal professional development. Baugrip reserves the right to update course content in accordance with changes in standards, notifying the user by email at least 14 days in advance. The user has the right to terminate access to their account at any time, having previously notified the service administration.
The training materials are prepared based on current ISO standards and industry best practices; however, Baugrip is not responsible for specific business decisions made as a result of their use. The calculation methodologies and checklists are reference tools and do not replace official audits or certification procedures. The company does not compensate for indirect losses, including lost profits or production downtime.
Baugrip reserves the right to restrict user access in cases of illegal distribution of materials, copyright infringement, or causing harm to other users. A warning about termination is sent by email to the specified contact. The user may appeal the decision within 30 days based on a written statement.
These terms may be updated due to changes in legislation or expansion of the service functionality. The updated version takes effect 30 days after publication, and users will receive a notification by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
